Job Summary
  • Provide support for faculty, staff and students.
  • Distribute incoming mail for building occupants and prepare outgoing departmental mail. Serve as FedEx contact.
  • Make vehicle and classroom reservations. Assist with accommodations for conferences and special visits.
  • Distribute guest parking passes.
  • Word processing and photocopying.
  • Prepare presentation materials for faculty, staff, and various departmental groups events and activities.
  • Other duties or projects as requested.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Oversight, maintenance and care of the department's large, wide carriage poster printer/plotter, including ordering supplies and maintaining an adequate stock of supplies for workload. Responsible for printing posters for presentation at professional, scientific meetings, extension educational events, and other events supported by the department's faculty, staff, and graduate students. Aid and support with poster development and preparations as needed. Problem solving; and judgement.
