This position is responsible for communicating with customers regarding their life policies.
Qualified candidates for this position will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to process customer requests accurately, able to multi-task, have basic to advanced math skills, and be able to handle high telephone call volumes in a professional manner. Successful candidates will be experienced or have a strong interest in providing customer service in a call center environment. Bilingual is a plus.
