Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate machinery.
- Computer aptitude to navigate basic software and input data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work any shift including day, second, and night shifts.
- Capable of lifting 20 - 60 pounds.
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure in both millimeters and inches.
