R & R Harvesting Inc. 57 Temporary workers needed in Bancroft area in Wisconsin from approximately September 05,2019 - October 30, 2019. Potatoes -Perform manual labor potato harvest .
Duties: Remove rocks, vines, sticks and poor quality potatoes, root picking discarding inferior potatoes and foreign matter in designated containers; harvest position that staffs the storage lines that move the potatoes from the potato trucks to the storage bins, also include cleaning , loading, and unloading harvested products ,equipment operator, general farm labor and tractor drivers according to factors such as color, species, length ,width ,appearance, feel and quality ensure correct . May be involved with spotting and unloading potato trucks or piling potatoes in the bins as part of the crew. Examine and inspect , materials and products to ensure specifications are met and clean and maintain work areas clean and free of debris. Must assist with all Good Agricultural Practices and policies. Preform prolonged bending,standing,reaching, and lifting Up to 20lbs- 50lbs. Worker must be able to work indoors and outdoors in cold, wet or hot extreme conditions on uneven surfaces. Able to handle physical workload. Worker must wear long sleeve shirts, long pants, no shorts, hard sole shoes, preferably boots, no tennis shoes. Volunteer Truck drivers will drive truck from field to field filled with potatoes
a. Drivers are required to have a valid CDL class B driver's license.
b. Must provide MVR with no points and accidents.
c. Must pass Certification of road test.
d. Valid DOT Medical certificate.
e. Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol testing and subject to random drug testing.

g. Insurance company must accept driver to hire CDL drivers.
h. Drivers will be paid a hourly wage rate during the time of operating field buses.
i. Drivers will assist service mechanics in servicing trucks as needed and preform daily maintenance & safety checks.
A copy of the work contract or a copy of the ETA 790 in lieu of a work contract, and any modifications, will be provided to the worker on the day the work commences. The highest AEWR of $13.54 per hour or applicable piece rate depending on crop activity, three- fourths guarantee, 35 hours per week, tools, equipment and supplies will be provided at no cost to the workers, housing and transportation provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of each work day, must be 18 years or older. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the work site will be reimbursed upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier if appropriate. Workers must have valid identification for I-9 preparation when they report to begin work.
