Autobody Service Writer / Advisor

Old Bridge Collision is looking to immediately hire auto body Service Writer!

Come join an experienced Auto Body shop. We have been in business for over 25 years and we are I-CAR Gold Class certified. Must have auto body and insurance estimating experience.

Job Description
Including but not limited to:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Evaluating customers vehicles for damage, writing estimate for repair based on the damage.
• Keeping customers informed on the status of the repair process.
• Interact with insurance companies for the status of vehicle repairs, parts, and payments.

Qualifications

• MUST have previous Autobody.
• Must have insurance estimating experience.
• Knowledge of CCC Estimating is preferred, but will train if needed.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to maintain good customer relationships.
• DRP Experience is a plus.
