Position Number: S97270

This position is a Grade: 9-40 with an approximate salary range of $54,390-$66,190 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications

1. Supports Lehigh Community account needs (50%)

•Ensures Lehigh community users have access to their Lehigh accounts and the appropriate resources for their role.
•Ensures with other staff that service tickets are handled according to established SLAs
•Educates and enables University stakeholders to deliver efficient access to applications and services.
•Responds to the campus community regarding identity and account-related questions, issues, and problems.
•Creates and maintains access controls to enterprise information infrastructure as specified by Lehigh's data stewards and data managers.
•Represents IAM at campus and departmental meetings.

2. Administers and configures Lehigh's Identity and Access Management systems. (30%)

•Responsible for the daily administration of Lehigh's IAM systems
•Supports campus IAM systems by troubleshooting and communicating issues to appropriate technical teams.
•Works with Lehigh's Technology Infrastructure Operations team to ensure the availability and integrity of IAM infrastructure.
•Performs the addition, deletion, and maintenance of authorized users to enterprise information systems.
•Coordinates and performs installation, removal, and maintenance of Single Sign-on Integrations.
•Participates in planning and managing IAM team projects.

3. Produces and updates documentation to record Lehigh's IAM environment, applications, processes, and procedures. (20%)

•Responsible for maintaining procedures related to Lehigh's IAM systems, including detailed process documentation.
•Meets with stakeholders to identify and document requirements for system additions and changes to meet community needs.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience

•One to three years of related work experience

•You adapt well to a fast-paced environment, embrace change with much flexibility

•Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

•Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
