Accountant - The Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) is seeking an individual to be responsible for accounting functions for the Administration Department under the direction of the Finance Director; works with transportation and other agency programs to assist in the preparation of fund requests, invoices, budgets and financial reports.  Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in public accounting.  Application and job description available at HOTCOG, 1514 S.
