Credit Card Support Specialist
Responsible for processing the credit card program functions. This includes assisting with member inquiries; receiving, processing, or distributing reports; setting up or closing credit card accounts; credit line increases; card upgrades, lost stolen cards, payments, adjustments, cash advances, data changes including address, phone number, and card status changes.

Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone
• Customer & Member service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive teamwork ethic
• Quick solution skills for problem solving
• Demonstrated computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
