Job Summary: As a Senior FP&A Manager- Business Partner at DreamFields, you will serve as a key liaison between the finance department and other functional areas within the organization. This role requires a seasoned finance professional who not only possesses strong analytical skills but also can collaborate effectively, provide financial insights, and support decision-making processes across the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Act as a strategic business partner to department leaders, providing financial guidance, insights, and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with operation teams to understand key drivers of performance and implement financial strategies to drive business success.
• Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and other business development opportunities.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts on financial outcomes and advise on risk management strategies.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of financial plans with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous performance enhancements.
• Proven track record of driving commercial finance initiatives, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization efforts in a dynamic business environment.
• Knowledge of commercial finance principles, including pricing analysis, revenue forecasting, and customer segmentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on business partnering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills.
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
• Advanced competency using Excel formulas and functions on a daily basis.
• Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Qualifications - Preferred:

• Experience in a quantitatively heavy role - preferred
• Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects) - preferred
• FMVA or similar designations - preferred
• Ability to work both weekend days, Saturday and Sunday - strongly preferred
• Bilingual - (English / Spanish) - strongly preferred
