Maintenance Technician

The Claxton Housing Authority has an opening for a full time Maintenance Technician. Applicant should be a team player and have experience in a variety of areas including: painting, air conditioning repair, plumbing, electrical, lawn maintenance, tile installation, etc. Some on-call work is required. Applicant must have a valid GA Driver’s License and reliable transportation. The Claxton Housing Authority provides an excellent benefits package and a four-day workweek.
